Our low pressure and high-pressure heaters can be used in cycles with a broad power range. Feedwater heaters are used for heating up main condensate and feedwater. This helps to increase the overall plant thermal cycle efficiency. The design of the feed water heaters is based on thermodynamic calculations, using custom made software and internationally recognized design standards. We design and fabricate durable heat exchangers that are used for efficient heat transfer from one medium to another. These heaters are manufactured from qualitative raw materials and are highly appreciated in the market for their consistent operation. Our professionals specifically design heat exchangers to maximize the surface area of the wall between the two fluids, while minimizing resistance to fluid flow through the exchanger. Similarly, in accordance to the process requirements, our heaters are designed with typical internal surface arrangements like De-superheating zone, Concurrent flow, Countercurrent flow, Concurrent and countercurrent flow, Drain sub-cooling zone, full flow pass or partial flow pass for horizontal heaters, flooded or non-flooded for vertical heaters, condensing zone.
